Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The “WIN A YEAR OF THE WILD” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by WILD BILT, LLC, operating under the WILDBASED brand, with a mailing address of:

(“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is administered using the ViralSweep platform, which provides technology for entry collection, entry tracking, and winner selection. ViralSweep is not the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes consists of a regular online Sweepstakes promotion and a connected Shopify Purchase promotion. Both are entry methods for the same Sweepstakes, with one combined drawing and one Grand Prize winner.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, members, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members and persons residing in the same households, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 26, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on November 9, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The change between PDT and PST reflects the seasonal time change occurring during the Sweepstakes Period.
All online entries and qualifying purchase transactions must be completed within the Sweepstakes Period.
Mail-in bonus entry requests are subject to the separate postmark and receipt deadlines described in Section 6.
Sponsor's designated promotion system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
4. Free Online Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by visiting:

and completing the official entry form.
Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other information reasonably required to administer the Sweepstakes and verify eligibility.
Each eligible person may receive one (1) initial free entry through the online registration form.
Multiple registrations by the same person using different email addresses, false identities, or other methods designed to circumvent entry limitations are prohibited.
Participants may be offered additional free entry opportunities, such as qualified friend referrals or designated online actions, through the official ViralSweep entry experience. Any such actions will be awarded only according to the entry values, verification requirements, and limits expressly displayed for those actions and incorporated into Sponsor's approved promotion configuration.
No purchase or subscription is necessary to submit an initial free entry.
Consent to promotional email or SMS marketing is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning.
5. Qualifying Purchase Bonus Entries
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may earn bonus entries through qualifying purchases made at:
Qualifying purchases across the WILDBASED online store are eligible, subject to the exclusions below.
For each qualifying order, participants receive fifty (50) bonus entries for every complete fifty U.S. dollars (US $50.00) of qualifying merchandise purchased.
Purchase bonus entries are calculated on an individual order basis, according to the following formula:
Bonus Entries = 50 × floor(Qualifying Merchandise Subtotal ÷ $50.00)
A complete $50 increment must be reached to receive the corresponding 50 bonus entries. Partial increments are not carried forward or combined across separate orders.

Qualifying merchandise subtotals exclude taxes, shipping charges, gift card purchases, and discounts. Canceled purchases, refunded merchandise, and fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify.
Where an order is partially refunded, Sponsor may adjust the credited entries based on the remaining qualifying merchandise value.
There is no numerical limit on the number of qualifying purchases or purchase-related bonus entries an eligible individual may earn during the Sweepstakes Period.
Purchase entries are tracked through the connected ViralSweep Shopify Purchase promotion. Participants are encouraged to use the same email address for their Sweepstakes registration and online purchases so their entries can be accurately associated.
A purchase is not required to enter or earn bonus entries. An alternative free method of obtaining bonus entries is provided below.
6. Alternative Free Method of Bonus Entry — Mail-In
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Eligible individuals may earn bonus entries without making a purchase by submitting a valid written mail-in entry request.
To enter by mail, legibly handwrite the following information on a piece of paper or index card:

Each valid, eligible mail-in request will receive fifty (50) bonus entries.
There is no numerical limit on the number of valid mail-in requests an eligible individual may submit during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each request must be mailed separately, with one request per envelope.
No purchase, product packaging, receipt, proof of purchase, social media participation, newsletter subscription, or marketing consent is required.

Mail-in requests must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor no later than November 18, 2026, to qualify.
Eligible mail-in requests will be verified and credited before the winner drawing.
Illegible, materially incomplete, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise invalid submissions may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of mail-in entrants and to prevent duplicate crediting of the same physical submission.
Mail-in bonus entries and purchase-related bonus entries will be included in the same drawing, with each valid entry carrying equal weight.
7. Additional Entry Opportunities
Sponsor may offer additional bonus-entry opportunities through the regular ViralSweep Sweepstakes promotion, including qualified friend referrals and designated social or website actions.
The number of entries, eligibility requirements, frequency limits, and any verification procedures for these actions will be disclosed when the actions are offered.
Additional entry opportunities do not require participants to make a purchase.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, automated activity, duplicate accounts, or other attempts to manipulate the entry system are prohibited.
Any earned bonus entries must be verified and recorded by the applicable promotion system to be included in the drawing.
8. Combined Entry Pool
The regular online Sweepstakes promotion and Shopify Purchase promotion operate as connected entry systems.
All eligible entries earned through the official online registration form, qualifying purchases, approved mail-in requests, and other authorized bonus actions will be combined into one entry pool.
Each valid entry represents one chance in the final random drawing.
Participants may use their existing ViralSweep entry dashboard, where supported, to review recorded entries and available bonus actions. Entry totals may be subject to processing, verification, and reconciliation.
Sponsor's verified records will govern the final drawing, subject to the correction of documented errors.
9. Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The Grand Prize consists of:

Approximately 360 servings, based on an estimated ten servings per bag
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Nine Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $900.00).
The actual retail value may vary. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Prize shipment will be arranged by Sponsor to an eligible delivery address within the United States. The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Any expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Winner Selection and Drawing Date
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 20, 2026.
The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received and verified through both connected promotions and all approved free-entry methods.
The drawing is scheduled after the November 18, 2026, mail-in receipt deadline to allow qualifying mailed entries to be processed and included.
Each valid entry carries equal weight.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
11. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address or other contact information provided during registration.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of Sponsor's initial notification and provide any information or documentation reasonably required to establish eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
Required documentation may include a declaration of eligibility, a liability release where lawful, and any applicable tax forms.
Failure to respond within the stated period, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
A participant is not considered the confirmed winner until Sponsor has completed eligibility verification.
12. Taxes
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting and withholding obligations, if any.
The winner may be required to provide tax-related information where legally necessary.
13. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information collected during the Sweepstakes may be used for administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, processing and reconciling entries, preventing fraud, selecting and contacting the winner, and awarding the prize.

Sponsor may use service providers, including Shopify and ViralSweep, to support promotion administration.
Participants may separately elect to receive WILDBASED marketing emails or text messages where such subscriptions are offered.
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Entrants who decline marketing communications remain eligible and retain all valid entries.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses fraudulent or automated submission methods, manipulates purchase transactions, or otherwise compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, lost or delayed electronic submissions, or postal disruptions beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical interference, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may take appropriate corrective action, including suspending, modifying, or terminating the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law.
In such circumstances, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the relevant disruption, if legally appropriate.
15. Release of Liability and Publicity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, and authorized service providers from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from an entrant's failure to provide accurate eligibility or delivery information.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, and general location for reasonable publicity concerning the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute-resolution requirements remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other nonwaivable legal rights.

18. Social Media and Platform Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or any other social media platform on which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.
ViralSweep provides the software platform used to administer the promotion but is not the Sponsor or provider of the prize.
Participants provide information to Sponsor and its authorized service providers, not to social media platforms.
