RAW WILDFLOWER HONEY

100% HAND-HARVESTED

One of humanity's original wild foods. Long before agriculture, our ancestors sought out honey, a tradition that continues in every jar of wildflower honey.

WILD-HARVESTED
CRAFTED BY BEES

WILD-HARVESTED

Gathered by bees foraging freely across the remote Mayan jungle, this honey reflects one of the world's most biologically rich landscapes, far from intensive agriculture and shaped by native wildflowers.

RAW & UNFILTERED
LIVING HONEY

RAW & UNFILTERED

Our honey is left raw and unfiltered, preserving naturally occurring enzymes, pollen, and aromatic compounds that are often reduced through heavy processing.

FLORAL COMPLEXITY
THE TASTE

FLORAL COMPLEXITY

Each harvest captures the changing bloom of hundreds of wild plants, creating a layered floral profile and a distinctive wild bite that reflects the landscape it came from.

HUMAN HERITAGE

ANCIENT SWEETENER

Long before agriculture, our ancestors sought out wild honey as one of nature's richest foods. Every jar carries forward that ancient relationship between humans and the living world.

FAQ

Why not just use clear glass?

Light can affect the quality of foods over time. Miron violet glass is designed to reduce exposure to visible light while allowing specific ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths to pass through. We chose it because we believe the vessel should respect what's inside, not just display it.

What does it taste like?

Light and floral at first, this honey gradually reveals notes of tropical fruit and a delicate peppery warmth reminiscent of fresh ginger. Its clean finish and layered complexity make it equally at home in tea, over yogurt, or enjoyed straight from the spoon.

Will my honey crystallize?

Yes. All genuine honey crystallizes over time. The speed depends on its natural sugar composition and storage conditions. Tropical wildflower honeys often remain liquid longer than many temperate varieties before slowly developing fine, creamy crystals.

Why isn't your honey certified organic?

Unlike crops that grow within defined fields, honey bees forage freely across the landscape. Because their flight range cannot be controlled, organic certification is often impractical even for responsibly managed apiaries. We focus instead on sourcing honey from healthy ecosystems with diverse natural forage.

Where is your honey from?

We source region-specific honeys from wild landscapes around the world. Each offering is harvested from a clearly identified origin because we believe great honey should express the place it came from, not a blend of anonymous sources.

Is your honey raw?

Yes. Our honey is never pasturized, ultra-filtered or heavily processed. After extraction, it is simply strained to remove wax and hive debris while preserving its natural character.
