Shipping policy

We ship orders quickly and package responsibly to minimize waste and reduce impact.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the next business day.
• During product launches or seasonal demand, processing may take an extra day or two.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) using two services:

• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and package size.

We do not offer overnight, express, or freight shipping.

Free US Shipping $80+

• Free shipping applies to the subtotal after discounts (before taxes).
• If you want faster delivery, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
• Some oversized or unusually heavy orders may not qualify (available options will display at checkout).

Delivery Estimates

United States:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or peak seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

International Shipping

• Canada coming soon.

We only ship within North America at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If USPS loses your package in transit, contact us so we can assist in filing a claim.
• We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by USPS.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of:

1. product
2. shipping box
3. shipping label

We’ll make it right.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can:

• Reship the order (buyer pays reship fee), or
• Issue a refund minus original shipping charges.

Pre-Orders & Seasonal Drops

Some wild, small-batch, or harvest-based products may be offered as pre-orders.

• Payment is charged at time of order.
• Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
• You will be notified of any timeline changes.
