At the heart of the formula is magnesium hydroxide. When brewed with dissolved carbon dioxide, it reacts to form soluble magnesium bicarbonate, transforming an elemental mineral source into the bicarbonate-rich form naturally found in many mineral and spring waters.

Each serving delivers 392 mg of magnesium, alongside potassium, sodium, calcium, and bioavailable silica. The formula is intentionally unflavored and free from sweeteners, colors, and unnecessary additives, allowing the minerals and water chemistry to stand on their own.

How do I prepare it?

Add one serving to 1 liter of very cold, highly carbonated water. Seal immediately, mix well, and refrigerate for 12–24 hours before drinking.

Why use carbonated water?

Carbon dioxide is an essential part of the process. Dissolved CO₂ reacts with the dry powder formula to form soluble bicarbonate salts in the water.

Why brew it for 12–24 hours?

The cold resting period gives the mineral ingredients and dissolved CO₂ time to react. Keeping the bottle cold and sealed helps retain the carbonation needed for the process.

Is sediment normal after brewing?

Yes. A small amount of mineral sediment may remain. The amount can vary depending on CO₂ level, water temperature, brewing time, and the amount of powder used. This is primarily mineral material that has not fully reacted or dissolved. Allow it to settle before pouring if you prefer clearer water.

What is the best way to consume it?

Drink it straight after brewing, or add it to additional water to dilute to your preference. Avoid mixing with acidic ingredients such as lemon juice or vinegar, as acids can alter the bicarbonate chemistry of the finished water.
